Light Italian bread with 12 spoons

 

Ingredients:

3 eggs
12 tablespoons sugar
12 tablespoons butter
12 tablespoons milk
12 tablespoons flour
Lemon slices with peel and juice
11 g baking powder
20 cm cake tin

Instructions:

98 7 Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Beat 3 eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add 12 tablespoons of sugar to the eggs.
Mix the eggs and sugar until everything is well mixed and has a creamy consistency.
Add 12 tablespoons of oil and mix into the egg-sugar mixture.
Add 12 tablespoons of milk to the mixture and continue mixing.
Sift 12 tablespoons of flour slowly, stirring to prevent lumps.
Grate half a lemon, squeeze it and add it to the dough for a nice citrus flavor.
Finally, add 11 g of flour and mix well.
Grease a 20 cm springform pan and add oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Optionally, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on it or add lemon for extra flavor.
