Lemon Cream Cheese Paint

 

Ingredients:

Seasoning:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick lightly salted butter
3/4 cup cream cheese, light
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3-4 drops of yellow food (not possible for that beautiful face)
For the topping:
2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 glass of powdered sugar
Sprinkle with egg yolk (optional, for garnish)

How to make:

Heating and preparing : Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Prepare an 8×8 pan by covering it with parchment paper and lightly spraying the edges with nonstick cooking spray.
Mixing dry ingredients: Mix sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
Add butter and cheese: Mix softened butter and cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
Add egg and lemon: Add egg, lemon juice and egg yolk; mix until well combined.
Baking: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake for 20 minutes.
Glaze: Allow to brown in pan for 30 minutes.
Cream Mixture: Prepare the cream by beating the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust regularly as necessary.
Garnish: Divide bowl over iced blue and add some sprinkles if desired.
