97 Soap 1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
2 Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Toppings:
Whole wheat
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Soup 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar 2 tablespoons

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
Prepare meatball mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked and crumbled ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt and pool. . Mix until well combined.

Prepare the meat:
Place meat mixture in prepared pan, press gently and invert into loaf pan.
Prepare the topping:
