– 2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

 

1. **Prepare the Coconut Filling:**
– In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
– Mix until the coconut is evenly coated with the condensed milk and the mixture holds together.

2. **Form the Bars:**
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– Using your hands, form the coconut mixture into small rectangular bars and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
– Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the bars to firm up.

3. **Melt the Chocolate:**
– In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using).
