• 3/2 – 4 cups (440-500 g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 1 packet (2/4 teaspoon) instant yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (240 ml) milk, warmed
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) water, warmed
• 2 tablespoons (30 g) salted butter, melted
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (to taste)
