Grandma’s Fluffy Apple Pie

 

Ingredients

For the starter:
2 eggs
125 g butter
100 g butter
100 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling: apples
750 g (Cox Orane)
Packaging 2 tanks of flour
0.5 liters of ½ apple juice and ingredients for cooking apples
For the players:
3 eggs with baking soda and boiled in a pan at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Make an apple, drain and boil in a little cider. Now turn on the power. Bring 1/2 liter of apple juice to a boil and add to the pudding mixture (add apple juice as directed on the back of the package). Then fill the apples with water and boil. Connections must be tight. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked bread, spread and bake for another 5 minutes.
For the topping, separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, cream and sugar and beat the egg whites until stiff. Spread evenly over the cake and continue baking until golden brown.
Let the bread rest for a while, leaving the oven door slightly ajar, and remove it from the pan only after it has cooled completely.
