Gourmet Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients:

2 kilos of ground meat
1 cup of bread
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
1 onion , finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup tomatoes sauce

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, milk and egg in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper powder and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined.
Add meat mixture to skillet and stir to combine.
Pour the tomato sauce over the meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meat is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Let the meatball rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
