 Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Fritters:**
– In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
– In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the melted butter.
– Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
– Fold in the chopped apples.

2. **Fry the Fritters:**
– Heat the vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
– Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the batter into the hot oil, frying a few fritters at a time. Do not overcrowd the pan.
– Fry the fritters for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
– Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

3. **Make the Glaze:**
– In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
– Dip each fritter into the glaze while still warm, then place them on a wire rack to let the glaze set.

4. **Serve:**
– Enjoy the fritters warm, or let them cool completely before serving.
