– 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 12 egg roll wrappers
– Oil for frying

For the dipping sauce:
– 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar



1. **Prepare the Filling:**
1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. **Assemble the Egg Rolls:**
1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the center of the wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
4. Use a little water to seal the top corner.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

3. **Fry the Egg Rolls:**
1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
3. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

4. **Prepare the Dipping Sauce:**
1. In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.


5. **Serve:**
1. Serve the egg rolls hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
