o 2 chicken breast fillets, sliced ​​lengthwise

o 1 teaspoon garlic powder

o 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

o ½ teaspoon salt


o ½ teaspoon ground pepper

o 2 tablespoons olive oil

o 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

o 1 tablespoon flour

o 1 teaspoon minced garlic


o ½ cup chicken broth

o 1 cup heavy  cream

o ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

o Salt and pepper to taste

o 2 tablespoons chopped parsley



o Season the chicken breast halves with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper .

o Heat a large frying pan with oil over medium heat, add the chicken breasts and fry until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. Transfer them to a plate and set aside. º In the same pan, add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the chopped garlic and sprinkle with the flour.Let cook for a minute.

o Add the chicken stock and  simmer for 5 minutes.

o Add the whipped cream and  cook until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. º Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle it with the Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Check the seasonings.o Return the chicken  to the pan along with the chicken juices  and cook for a few minutes.

o Then garnish the creamy chicken with parsley and Parmesan cheese.

o Serve the chicken on a plate with mashed potatoes and vegetables on the side.
