Chicken Parmesan 

 

Add flavor to your grill with this garlicky Chicken Parmesan! Perfect for a barbecue or family dinner. 🍗🔥

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil, soft
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red onion
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, serving size)
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch strips
Sauce: Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, and paprika. Set aside; When preparing the chicken, keep in mind that the butter sauce may thicken.
Prepare the chicken: Try wooden skewers to line your air fryer. Thread 6-7 chicken thighs per serving and wrap well for display and cooking.
Season the sauce with 2 teaspoons of salt and pepper.
Cooking: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Using a brush, spread a layer of Parmesan cheese all over the chicken. Air cook the chicken for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Flip and cook for the last 5 minutes, for a total of 15 minutes. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through.
