  • 2 cups Neapolitan sauce (tomato, garlic, basil)
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Leaves of fresh Basil for decorating
  • Olive oil for drizzling




Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.In a separate pan, heat the Neapolitan sauce over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, making sure it is well coated.

Add the diced mozzarella and stir gently until the cheese begins to melt.

Drizzle with olive oil and stir until all ingredients are mixed.Serve the pasta in bowls and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

If necessary, sprinkle more mozzarella on top first
