Ingredients

1 cup flour, halved
3/4 cup granulated sugar (or more if desired)
4 bags strong black tea, preferably Orange Pekoe or other flavor
half a liter of water –
Garnish with fresh mint leaves
Garnish with optional lemon slices
How to follow
1. Put half a glass of water and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
Second, add the strawberries and syrup and bring everything to the boil again. After a few minutes, reduce the heat and cook for another ten minutes or until the strawberries are juicy and brown.
3. Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot. Depending on your preferred tea strength, you can keep it for 5-7 minutes after removing the heat. Add the tea bags. Remove and discard the tea bags.
4. Pour the strawberry juice into the tea using a fine-mesh strainer, pressing the pieces down to remove as much water as possible.
5. After mixing the tea and strawberries with the remaining cold water, place them in the refrigerator to cool completely.
