Air fryer Butter Lemon Pepper Chicken wings

 

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings, cut into flats and cylinders
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Lemon zest 1
2 tablespoons lemon
1 tablespoon lemon seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Lemon slices for serving
Instructions:

Preheat your fryer to 200°C. Preheat to (400°F). about 5 minutes
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and stir until well coated with the lemon butter mixture.
Arrange the spicy chicken wings in a single layer in a warm, airtight basket, being careful not to overcrowd them.
Deep fry chicken wings at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes, alternating between cooking times, or until brown.
