**Instructions:**

1. **Make the Cake:**
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
– In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
– Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to the flour mixture and beat on medium speed until well combined.
