 Ingredients:

**For the Cake:**
– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled

**For the Frosting:**
– 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
– 4 cups powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled

**For the Decoration:**
– White chocolate shavings or curls

Instructions:

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

2. **Prepare the Cake Batter:**
– In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
– In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
– Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
– Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
– Fold in the melted white chocolate until evenly incorporated.

3. **Bake the Cakes:**
– Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans.
– Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
– Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

4. **Prepare the Frosting:**
– In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
– Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
– Fold in the melted white chocolate until well combined.

5. **Assemble the Cake:**
– Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of frosting over the top. Repeat with the second and third layers.
– Frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining frosting.

6. **Decorate the Cake:**
– Garnish the cake with white chocolate shavings or curls.

7. **Serve and Enjoy:**
– Allow the cake to set for about 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
