1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons applesauce
2 large Granny Smith apples or Honey Crisp apples, sliced, colored and coated with canola oil

For the crust
2 cups sugar
1/ 4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Make a large apple fritter
Place the cooled ramekins on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put aside.
