Videoland. They recently performed at a small venue for a few fans.
Fans asked Nelson to play a song and he will sing what they want. Then a guard asked him to sing his father’s favorite song, “Always on My Mind.” Lucas accepted the challenge.
The music starts and Lukas immediately starts singing, sounding uncannily like his father. The voice of his country is heard everywhere and amazes his fans.
The piano and backing band did an excellent job, but Lukas stole the show. We were delighted with a short, emotional trumpet solo that reflected the atmosphere and took the piece to another dimension.
The audience actually applauded when Nelson started the part of the song where he was supposed to whistle. A smile appears on everyone’s face when they see this magnificent performance.
The original version of this song was released by Willie Nelson over thirty-five years ago, but it remains a favorite among Western and Western music fans. We can say that Willie passed his musical skills on to his son and Lukas will become a star in his own right without being overshadowed by his father.
