To Raise Cherry Cheesecake

 

Ingredients:

To Rise:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipping cream (such as Cool Whip) , chilled
May contain 1 ( 21 oz) pie filling
Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

Prepare crust: Add graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar are mixed in a bowl until well combined. Put aside.
Prepare the fluff: Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until well combined. Carefully add the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth.
Assembly Lines: Place half of the mixture on the bottom of your food container. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Spread the cherry pie filling and spread the cream cheese to cover it completely. Finish the process by sprinkling the remaining mixture over the cherries.
Refrigeration: Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop and the dessert to set.
