**For the Meatballs:**
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1/2 pound ground pork
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

**For the Cream Sauce:**
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Meatballs:**
– In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the milk.
– Add the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and chopped parsley to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
– Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

2. **Cook the Meatballs:**
– In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

3. **Prepare the Cream Sauce:**
– In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute or two until it turns golden brown.
– Gradually whisk in the beef broth, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
– Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. **Combine Meatballs and Sauce:**
– Return the meatballs to the skillet, making sure they are well coated in the sauce. Let them simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until they are heated through.

5. **Serve:**
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve the Swedish meatballs hot, preferably over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.

Enjoy your delicious Swedish meatballs in creamy sauce!
