Ingredients:

1 cup butter

150 grams softened cream cheese

2 cups all-purpose flour

Filling:

4 large eggs

3 cups brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans
9 87 4 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter two cakes.

Prepare the sauce: Mix butter and cheese in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the flour and mix until it becomes a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 48 balls; Place one ball in each cup of buttered crust. Use your fingers or a tamper to press.

Prepare the filling: Break the eggs into a large bowl. Add brown sugar, pecans, melted butter, vanilla, and salt; mix until well combined. Spoon the filling into the prepared shells, filling each one 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown. Turn the pies out onto a rack to cool completely.
