Four cups mashed potatoes, or about six medium potatoes and a very soft onion. . Garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon
red pepper, half teaspoon
Things you’ll need for seasoning, pepper, and frying: oil, finely chopped olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
How to follow
1. Grease the slow cooker with oil to prevent food from sticking.
Place half the ham, half the onion and half the potatoes in the slow cooker.
3. Add half of the grated cheese on top.
4. Use the remaining potatoes, onions and ham in the same way.
5. In a small bowl, mix CMF, milk, cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well mixed.

7. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well blended.
8. Add the remaining cheese and cook for a few minutes.
9. Use chopped parsley before serving to add freshness to this heavy dish.
Tips and Variations – Try using smoked gouda or spicy provolone to switch things up; both offer new depths. -To make it easier, you can replace regular food with some cream and pureed heart soup.
