3 cups oatmeal
2 eggs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare the pan by oiling or covering it with paper.
Mixing ingredients: Mix oatmeal, egg, salt and yogurt in a large bowl. Use baking soda. After mixing, add walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

150 g yoghurt
