 Honey-Lavender Cake

 

**Ingredients:**

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter, honey, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and dried lavender buds.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk and Greek yogurt, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
