The combination of fried chicken wings and lasagna creates a hearty, comforting meal that is perfect for a family dinner or entertaining guests. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to prepare both dishes to ensure a tasty and satisfying experience.

 Fried Chicken Wings Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

 Lasagna Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/ 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN WINGS:

  1. Prepare the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels .

2.Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture until well coated.

  1. Fry: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches, without crowding them, for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.Drain on paper towels.

 FOR THE LASAGNE:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the lasagne noodles in boiling water until al dente, stirring occasionally.Drain and reserve.
  3. Brown the meat: In a large pan, fry the minced meat, onions and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Add the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cheese mixture: Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan and parsley in a bowl.
  5. Assemble the lasagna: Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.Top with 3 lasagna noodles, followed by a third of the ricotta cheese mixture, a third of the meat sauce, and a third of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice.
  6. Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake the cheese for another 25 minutes or until bubbles appear and the cheese is golden brown.Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

 Servings:
