– 1 large red pepper
– Red pepper powder

1. Wash the mushrooms and chop them finely.

2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the fried mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

3. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt mixture with the chopped garlic and a pinch of salt. On top of that, yoghurt will become yoghurt.

5. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Add the chopped red peppers and stir in the red chili powder to heat.

6. Cook the peppers until they become fragrant and slightly softened.

7. Pour the hot pepper and oil sauce over the fried mushrooms.
