Ingredients:**

– 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
– 1/2 cup milk
– 4 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste

*Mashed Potatoes:**
1. **Boil Potatoes:** Place the potato chunks in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. **Mash:** Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the milk and butter, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
