  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas and peppers)

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth or water
  • 1 large onion, sliced ​​
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon pilau masala
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 4 large potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:

 CHICKEN STEW:

1 .Brown the chicken: In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper and brown on all sides. Remove and reserve.
