**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
– 1 tbsp olive oil

1. **Preheat the Oven:** Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Prepare the Shrimp:** In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

3. **Mix the Cheese Sauce:** In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Add the chopped green onions and paprika, and mix until well combined.

4. **Assemble the Casserole:** Pour the cheese mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Arrange the seasoned shrimp on top of the cheese mixture.

5. **Bake:** Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

6. **Garnish and Serve:** Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top before serving.
